officers present were Tim Athan, Ken Clark, Rebecca Kanner, Bob Krzewinski
and Kris Talley. WBWC Membership Chair Steve Moore also attended.

2. Approval of previous meeting minutes: The May meeting minutes were
accepted with the exception of a spelling error and the listing of
    attendees.

3. Treasurers report: Treasurer not present. Ken Clark will be submitting
expenses for a Get Out and Bike Week banner as well as educational videos
that were approved for purchase by the WBWC Board.

4. WBWC General Business
    Membership report/outreach
Two new basic memberships were received and there was one renewal at a
$40 level. Steve Moore also provided a floppy disc with a new
membership list, which Bob Krzewinski will edit down in size (to
include phone numbers) and provide to the Board and officers. It was
also requested that the membership list be edited to screen out
individuals who did not renew their membership in the WBWC. Also, a
request will go out to members asking them to consider receiving the
	WBWC News by e-mail.
    WBWC reference library location
This matter seems to be resolved with the WBWC having a shelf on the
lower level of the Ecology Center. Materials for bicycle/walking
educational tables will also be stored there. Other
